Join us for the whale watching encounter of a lifetime!
Humpback, Southern Right, Minke and Blue Whales use our little corner of the world as a nursery, playground and rest haven during their migration up and down the coast each year. They are often as curious about us as we are about them, coming close to the boat to check us out.
Your cruise with Naturaliste Charters includes :

Stay with Abbey Beach Resort between August to November, and depart from Dunsborough, just a 20 minute drive from the resort. Tours depart at 10 am and 2 pm daily from Dunsborough Professional Fisherman's Boat Ramp (Please confirm departure point prior to the tour).

Cancellations by guests
Cancellations by guests will incur a minimum 20% fee. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to departure incur a 50% fee. Cancellations 7 days or less of departure, no refund applies. If you need to change your booking please contact within 48 hours of tour departure.
No Sighting Policy:

Deposit / Payment Policy
72 hours prior to arrival a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount due for accommodation plus the total value of any value added items ordered, OR one night’s accommodation plus the total value of any value added items ordered, based on whichever amount is greater will be charged to your credit card as guarantee for the reservation. A non-refundable credit card surcharge of 2.5% applies to payments made using Diners Club and American Express card and 1.15% for Mastercard or Visa Card. Please note the remaining balance of your total amount due for accommodation will be deducted from your nominated credit card on check in at the resort. Failure to pay the balance on check in will result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation of a Tour
Restrictions may be placed on passengers with medical or mobility problems. The child age limit may be raised. A full refund will apply to tours cancelled due to inclement weather, a tour where minimum passenger numbers have not been met or any other safety reason if it cannot be rebooked to the customer’s satisfaction.
Cancellations by guests
Cancellations by guests will incur a minimum 20% fee. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to departure incur a 50% fee. Cancellations 7 days or less of departure, no refund applies. If you need to change your booking please contact within 48 hours of tour departure.
No Sighting Policy:
Naturaliste Charters Bremer Canyon Killer Whale Expeditions No Whale Policy: If no Killer Whales (Orca) are sighted on your expedition you can join us again for FREE! No further offers of a complimentary revisit will occur once this offer has been used. This offer is valid for one revisit per person and is valid for 2 years, it is not transferable.
Whale Watching Eco Tours departing Dunsborough/Augusta: Whales are free-roving mammals so in the unlikely event of no whales being sighted you can join us again for free. Our “No Whale” re-visit offer is valid for 12 months between 1st June and 30th November.

– The repeat voucher is valid for one tour only and is non-transferable.

Cancellation of a booking will need to be received by Abbey Beach Resort 72 hours prior to the arrival date (based on the standard 14:00 check in). Any cancellations received after this period will be charged one night’s accommodation plus the total value of any value added items ordered or 50% of the total amount of the reservation plus the total value of any value added items ordered whichever is greater. Any refunds payable will be paid via the guest's nominated credit card provided when making the reservation or by EFT transfer to a nominated bank account.
