Deposit / Payment Policy
72 hours prior to arrival a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount due for accommodation plus the total value of any value added items ordered, OR one night’s accommodation plus the total value of any value added items ordered, based on whichever amount is greater will be charged to your credit card as guarantee for the reservation.
Check-in is from 2pm however due to circumstances beyond our control like many businesses we are experiencing staff shortages.

and appreciate your understanding as we continue to prioritise the health & wellbeing of our customers and team.
A non-refundable credit card surcharge of 2.5% applies to payments made using Diners Club and American Express card, alternately any payments with Visa or MasterCard are subject to a transaction fee of 1.15% of the amount charged. This fee is subject to change. Applicable fee will be confirmed on check-in. Please note the remaining balance of your total amount due for accommodation will be deducted from your nominated credit card on check in at the resort. Failure to pay the balance on check in will result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking will need to be received by Abbey Beach Resort 72 hours prior to the arrival date (based on the standard 14:00 check in). Any cancellations received after this period will be charged one night’s accommodation plus the total value of any value added items ordered or 50% of the total amount of the reservation plus the total value of any value added items ordered whichever is greater.
Any refunds payable will be paid via the guest's nominated credit card provided when making the reservation or by EFT transfer to a nominated bank account. Bookings made by any person under the age of 18, will be cancelled. (Please note the resort may need to contact guest to obtain additional refund information).
